The Hilton Naples is conveniently located near the Waterside Shops, making it easy to explore shopping and dining. The staff went above and beyond to assist, which really enhanced my stay. While the rooms were clean and well-kept, they felt a bit cramped, especially when it came to packing and unpacking. Dining at Shula’s Steakhouse was impressive, providing a top-notch experience. Overall, the hotel offers decent value, although I did have to pay for parking which was a minor downside.

My stay at Hilton Naples was fantastic! The staff truly made the experience special with their warm and attentive service. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Dining at Shula's Steakhouse on the property was a delightful highlight, serving high-quality meals. I also loved the shuttle service to the beach and the lovely biking options nearby. While there were some Red Tide issues on the beach during my visit, it didn't diminish my overall enjoyment of the hotel. Looking forward to returning soon!

However, our initial room experience was marred by a terrible incident that involved smoke from a burnt pizza on our floor, which affected our sleep. Overall, it was a mixed experience, especially concerning the initial room situation.
